Out of over 100 registered competition participants to the National Social Enterprise Congress, Team Apollo of Wesleyan University-Philippines initially made it to the top 10 list and ultimately emerged as the National Champion after the competition and presentation proper held at Ateneo De Manila University last September 6, 2014. The Apollo Team won Php50,000.00 investment fund, business support tools, training materials, and an apprenticeship program, all to make IDEAS come true.

During the 12th Philippine Society of Information Technology Educators – Region 3 Chapter’s General Assembly and Election of Officers, randy Y. Sansait was one of the seven candidate who ran for office to fill in position that will be left by the three outgoing Board Members of the organization. It was held last July 24 and 25, 2014 at the Galilee Mansion and Garden Resort, General Alejo Santos highway, San Pedro, Bustos Bulacan.

Philippine Society of IT Educators - Region 3 Chapter (PSITER3) conducted Leadership Training and Election of Student Society for Information Technology Education (SSITE) Region 3 Officers on April 25, 2014 at Bataan Heroes Memorial College, Balanga City, Bataan.
Participants to this event are student leaders and advisers from recognized local SSITE chapters from different member schools of PSITER3.After the successful conduct of the leadership training, election of SSITE Region 3 Officers followed. Gelanna Myrr V. Sebastian BSIT student and President of SSITE Local Chapter in the College of Computer Studies emerged as one of the12 new officers of SSITE Region 3. - Randy Y. Sansait
After garnering 183 points, “The Wesleyanian”, the official student publication of the High School Department, defended their title and was proclaimed the over-all champion in Grub Street 2014 at Central Luzon State University last August 23-24, where 23 different public and private schools in Nueva Ecija participated.
Grub Street, an annual seminar-workshop on campus journalism is a training ground for campus journalists in their upcoming press conferences and was sponsored by “The Researcher”, the official student publication of the University Science High School in CLSU.

This year’s Alumni Homecoming, as a culmination of the week-long celebration of the 68th Founding Anniversary of Wesleyan University – Philippines was a tremendous success! This was held at the University Auditorium on February 15, 2014. With a theme known as “WATTA” or Wesleyan Alumni Through The Ages,the get-together became a springboard of many beginnings. Old friends and acquaintances met each other and reminisced the “good old days”. Many alumni members wore the fashion statement of the decade they graduated which added to the glamour and excitement of the affair.

Parading their charms and allure, the candidates from their respective colleges flaunted their beauty and wits in the recently held search for Mr. and Ms. Wesleyan ’14 at the University Gymnasium last February 14 as one of the highlights of this year’s founding anniversary.

Besting out other clusters of Region III namely Angeles, Bulacan, Pampanga and Zambales, Wesleyan University-Philippines, as a member of Nueva Ecija cluster bagged the First Runner-Up in the Over all ranking of winners in the recently held Region III PRISAA Meet last Dec. 19-22 at the WU-P Cushman Campus.
Baseball, basketball, Chess (Women) and softball are the champions while Badminton (Women), Chess (Men), Volleyball (Men), Lawn Tennis, and Sepak Takraw landed in 1st runner-up. On the other hand, Athletics (Men and Women), Badminton Men, Table Tennis (Men and Women) and Taekwondo Women got the 2nd runner-up spot.
The abovementioned Champion teams will represent Region III in the National PRISAA Meet on April 6-12 2014 at Tagum City, Davao.
