The Association of Christian Schools, Colleges and Universities Accrediting Council, Inc. (ACSCU-ACI) under the Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP), visited the Junior High School (JHS) program of Wesleyan University-Philippines, Aurora campus on October 10-14, 2019. Presently, the JHS enjoys Level 2 Re-Accredited Status under the same agency. It was awarded Level 1 Accredited Status in 2014.

The administration of WU-P, with the heads of the colleges and offices, the faculty of the JHS and staff of the university, welcomed the accreditors with a short program at the university covered court and an early dinner at the penthouse.

The ACSCU-ACI likewise visited the college programs Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Bachelor of  Elementary Education and Bachelor of Science in Criminology for preliminary accreditation on February 10-14, 2020.

Accreditation ensures that educational programs offered by an academic institution have attained a level that meets or exceeds standards set by experts in the field. Being accredited protects the interests of students and their parents, the institutions themselves, and potential employers where graduates of the institutions may be employed.
