The College of Arts and Sciences reaches out at this time of pandemic by helping stranded students who wish to go home.

The college uses its social media platform to render services to the community, particularly their students.

Ms. Mildred Abiva, CAS outreach coordinator, said the college is doing its best to respond to the needs of the community.

Meanwhile, DWUP-FM continues to bring news and information to the public through its online programs Radio Wesleyan News and Balitaan Ngayon. The newscasts are hosted by Prof. Mark Miranda with student correspondents Lance Revollido, Marhia Sanchez, Haideyn Raymundo and U.S. correspondent Rafael Echanova, an alumnus of CAS.

The online programs also gives the B.A. Communication’s Broadcasting class the opportunity to experience radio broadcasting despite the pandemic.

The University Chaplain also airs a religious program via Radio Wesleyan.
