The Doctor of Education is a professional doctoral degree program that aims to equip and prepare educational leaders to become accountable, conscientious, and competent leaders empowered with leadership and transversal skills, grounded with practice-based knowledge and competencies responsive to the demands of the 21st century and Industrial Revolution 4.0. This program enables educational leaders to become instructional leaders and instructional coaches who are capable of providing technical assistance, and instructional leadership, managing resources, and making and implementing policies and instructional innovations toward schools’ significant development.
PROGRAM OUTCOMES
The degree program aims to produce graduates who can:
- Exhibit an in-depth understanding of the theories underlying education, particularly in the fields of curriculum development, policy development, and educational leadership;
- use the theories and principles of leadership to guide organizations through strategic planning, embedding innovative strategies for teaching and learning;

The Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration is a research degree designed to develop and advance knowledge and perspective through analytical synthesis of management and leadership theories and principles. It is designed for scholarly growth in the theoretical foundations of business administration, management academics, and writing skills. It promotes Christian-based, humane, socially responsible, and effective business leadership. It is the expressed goal of the program to equip graduates with research and change management skills needed in academia and other organizations in the twenty-first century. The program also exposes students to current issues and trends and to real-world scenarios and challenges them to conduct research that addresses these.

At the end of the program, graduates will be able to

The Master in Business Administration (MBA) is a professional graduate degree program designed to develop capable, socially responsible, and mature managers and leaders in today’s evolving global business environment. The program focuses on skills needed by business professionals, such as analytical reasoning, communication, leadership, and strategic thinking. WU-P MBA embodies the university’s ethos of Christian character and excellence in one’s chosen vocation. Thus, the program prepares graduates to possess godly values to work competitively and ethically in the global marketplace.

DEGREE SPECIALIZATIONS
The curriculum builds upon basic core courses, major subjects, cognates, and thesis/non-thesis requirements. The MBA has three concentrations: Thesis, Non thesis, and Hotel and Restaurant Management.

The Master in Public Administration (MPA) is a 36-unit graduate degree program designed for professionals who work or would like to work in public service. The program enhances the administrative and managerial skills of students in their respective workplaces, particularly in government agencies and organizations. The curriculum deals with competencies necessary for public servants in their chosen field of specialization and equips graduates to be the effective in leadership positions. Individuals who are interested in working or engaging in the development, promotion, and advancement of effective, efficient, and efficacious public organizations and administration will greatly benefit from this program.

This program is designed to develop the skills of teachers and other education professionals, enabling them to conduct research in specific areas of educational science and practice. It will emphasize key activities such as replication, verification, validation, contextualization, and the practical application of theoretical knowledge related to various aspects of the educational process.

The Master of Arts in Nursing (MAN) is a Level 3 accredited graduate program. It is a 1 1/2-year thesis advanced nursing program that prepares professional nurses to assume advanced leadership and management roles across the spectrum of healthcare and in educational settings. Future graduates will have expertise in shaping the nursing care delivery system of the future in various health settings, both local and in the global scene.

The program is designed for a residential or flexible learning mode. After finishing the required number of core and specialization courses, each student will be assigned to an academic supervisor and a team of professors who will mentor him/her in doing his/her capstone project and provide the needed professional experiences and training for the students.

The program is designed for a residential or flexible learning mode. (MIHTM – PREVIOUSLY AS MBA IN HRM)
The Master of International Hospitality and Tourism Management (MIHTM) is a graduate degree program designed to develop capable, socially responsible, and mature managers and leaders in today’s evolving global business environment. The program focuses on the leadership and global managerial skills of the students by developing a systematic critical awareness of the current issues in the tourism, and hospitality industries in a global context, specifically in the areas of marketing, financial, human resource, and operational viewpoints. The graduate is expected to analyze critical issues and apply relevant knowledge to a range of complex situations through in-depth studies of cases or situational analysis.

The Professional Master in Educational Leadership (PMEL) is a full-time, one-year professional graduate degree program. It is designed to prepare qualified and effective K-12 school administrators and instructional leaders, produce effective K-12 school principals who can also serve as positive change agents in the community, and develop school leaders with the necessary skills and capacity to improve student learning and implement best practices. Students will be guided to create and implement innovations and programs that will help students and schools achieve educational goals. Students in the program are expected to become problem-solvers, decision-makers, advocates, and managers who are guided by Christian principles and values.

The MSW program provides students with adequate knowledge and skills in the areas of administration, research, supervision, education, and social planning to make them effective social workers in meeting the multiplicity of problems in our society.

The Professional Master in Special Education is a professional master’s degree program that is learner-centered and designed to develop the knowledge, attitude, values, competencies, and skills of SPED teachers, practitioners, and educational leaders on the assessment, intervention, and medical components of Special Education. This program enables graduate students to acquire necessary practice-based experiences through immersion in conducting and providing assessment and appropriate intervention by applying clinical approaches, validated practices, and methods.
