Wesleyan University-Philippines Holds ISO 21001:2018 Training and Workshop for Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS) CertificationWesleyan University-Philippines recently conducted a two-day training and workshop on ISO 21001:2018, focusing on the scope of Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS) and Internal Audit. The event took place on August 1 and 2, 2023, with the participation of 25 individuals from various academic, academic support, and administrative departments.

The primary objective of the training was to prepare Wesleyan University-Philippines for its 2nd ISO Certification, specifically ISO 21001:2018, which is designed for educational organizations’ management systems. By achieving this certification, the university aims to enhance its educational practices and further improve its overall organizational performance.

One significant aspect of this certification is its alignment with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Memorandum Order 6, s. 2023, focusing on Institutional Quality and Excellence. By complying with this regulatory requirement, the university will ensure its adherence to national standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of the higher education sector in the Philippines.
