The WUP Women’s Beach Volleyball Team (WBVT) dominated the PRISAA Regional Games 2023 sand court, maintaining an immaculate record throughout the tournament.
The eight teams that competed were divided into two brackets. WUP WBVT had a 4-0 win-loss card in Bracket B before it advanced to the finals where it swept the Systems Plus College Foundation Team, 21-12 and 21-19 to win the championship title.
The team was composed of Sandy Santiago Cabrera, Ashley Ladores, Liezel Ann Morales, and Queeny Barquin.
The team’s coach, Mr. Gerriedel Gabriel Sison was very thankful stating that all their hard work and sacrifices paid off.
The team would advance to the National PRISAA scheduled in July in Zamboanga.
