To further strengthen its engagement with prospective students and partner institutions, Wesleyan University-Philippines (WUP), through its Marketing Team, participated in a Career and Job Fair at Cabiao Senior High School (CSHS) on February 26, 2026, where the University delivered an interactive and high-energy presentation to senior high school learners.

“Wag natin sayangin ang araw na ito, bagkos makisali kayo sa mga gawain sa araw na ito. At sana may makuha kayong magandang aral,” shared George T. Britos, MT III, Guidance Coordinator, motivating students to engage actively in the activities in his opening speech.

To further boost engagement, WUP’s booth featured interactive games that allowed learners and CSHS teachers to participate and win exciting prizes such as keychains, notebooks, ballpens, and bookmarks. The activities created a lively atmosphere and provided students with a more meaningful and enjoyable way to learn about the University’s offerings.

“Dito pinapakita ng mga guro ang pagmamahal para sa inyo, at gusto nila mapabuti kayo at lahat ng posible [options] as maibigay nila sa inyo,” added Mr. Marvin A. Batoy, School Principal II, and WUP alumnus, emphasizing the dedication of educators in supporting students’ growth.

Representing WUP, Mr. Mark Alvin B. Dela Cruz, Director of the Public Information Office, led the WUP Marketing Team in an engaging “fast talk” segment that showcased the University’s academic achievements, diverse program offerings, and institutional strengths. He emphasized WUP’s commitment to quality education, student-centered learning, strong values formation, and industry-relevant programs — key advantages that resonated well with the students and encouraged active participation from the audience.

Other members of the WUP Marketing Team included Prof. Fatima Salih (CCJE), Prof. Jamaica dela Cueva (CHTM), Prof. Justin Lex Domingo (CoN), Engr. Charles Trebor Fausto (CECT), Engr.
