This event provided an in-depth discussion on essential topics crucial to the future of Philippine tourism: the Philippine Tourism Industry Situationer, the FBSE (Filipino Brand of Service Excellence) Journey, the 7Ms of Filipino Hospitality, Service Excellence in Tourism, the GUEST Steps to Service Excellence, and the HEART of Service Recovery.
Through these discussions, the attendees, composed of 3rd- and 4th-year students, gained insights into the current state of the tourism industry, the importance of authentic Filipino hospitality, and the standards of service excellence expected in global tourism.
