The benchmarking process involved visits, interviews with key personnel, and observation of De La Salle University and De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde’s library operations. Areas examined included collection management, digital integration, user engagement strategies, staff development programs, and facilities management.
“The insights gained from these activities would enhance our strategy plans and continuous improvement efforts. We believe that adopting some of the successful practices observed will significantly contribute to elevating the quality of our library services, ultimately benefiting our students, faculty, and the entire university community,” stated Dr. Tiglao.
