Wesleyan University–Philippines (WUP) Cushman Campus recorded a 77.78 percent overall passing rate in the August 2026 Licensure Examination for Criminologists, with seven of its nine examinees passing.
The results, released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on September 1, showed that WUP’s overall passing rate surpassed the national passing rate of 57.56 percent. Nationwide, 16,952 out of 29,452 examinees passed the licensure examination.
WUP also posted an 80 percent passing rate among first-time takers, with four of its five first-time takers passing. Meanwhile, three of the University’s four repeat takers passed, resulting in a 75 percent passing rate.
The seven WUP examinees who passed the licensure examination were Wilhelm Gottfried C. Abulencia, Ro-Ann Dave R. Bumanglag, Angelo L. Cabling, Joen Andreit A. Cantos, Hannah Oeh M. Mendoza, Roland Joshua B. Parazo, and Kristelle Anne R. Tolentino
WUP’s 77.78 percent overall passing rate placed its College of Criminal Justice Education performance 20.22 percentage points higher than the national passing rate, reflecting the successful performance of its examinees for this batch.
