Participants from various graduate programs—including the Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration (PhDBA), Master of Arts in Nursing (MAN), Master in Public Administration (MPA), Master of Arts in Education (MAEd), Master of Arts in Sociology, Master of Social Work (MSW), and Master in Criminal Justice Education (MCJE)—were grouped into thematic clusters for presentation. This structured engagement not only encouraged clarity and critical focus in research dissemination but also promoted meaningful discourse between presenters and expert evaluators.
During the opening program of the colloquium, Dr. John Mark F. Bondoc, Graduate School Dean, emphasized the importance of research dissemination (through publication and presentation) and research utilization. Certificates were awarded to all the presenters.
More than a culminating requirement, the 2025 Graduate School Research Colloquium exemplified WUP’s dedication to producing scholar-practitioners who are intellectually equipped, socially engaged, and capable of contributing meaningfully to their respective fields and communities.
