Representatives from Wesleyan University-Philippines (WUP) visited Cabiao Senior High School (CSHS) on February 26, 2025, to strengthen academic collaboration and extend support to outstanding students.The delegation, comprising representatives from various colleges and the Public Information Office (PIO), included Prof. Mark Anthony Miranda (CAS), Prof. Gladys C. Martinez (CCJE), Engr. Harry Bert Rolle (CECT), Prof. Ailicez V. Lucena (CoEd), Prof. Kevin Santos (CAMS), Prof. Amia Bautista (CoN), Prof. Jamaica dela Cueva, Prof. Marcelino Lim, Ms. Jessica Maureen Gaurano (PIO-Marketing), and Mr. Mark Alvin B. dela Cruz (PIO Director).

Cabiao SHS welcomed the WUP team, led by School Principal II and WUP College of Education alumnus, Mr. Marvin A. Batoy, along with Assistant Principal Mr. Levy Hernal and Ms. Ivoryanne Taruc, faculty member and Chairperson of the CSHS Recognition Program for 2025.

As the only Autonomous University and the first private university in Nueva Ecija, WUP has demonstrated its commitment to academic excellence, Christian character development, and community service involvement. In line with this commitment, WUP donated 150 medals to CSHS, which will be awarded to the school’s outstanding students.

The visit also provided an avenue for WUP representatives to present the University’s academic programs, scholarships, and tuition discounts available to prospective students. The team underscored WUP’s significant achievements and contributions to the academic community, reinforcing its reputation as the premier choice for higher education in the region.
