The two-day surveillance audit started on July 9, 2024, covering the processes of the following offices, academic departments, and colleges: Registrar’s Office, Human Resources Development Office, Public Information Office, Office of Student Affairs, Basic Education (Elementary and Junior High School), Asset Management Office, College of Criminal Justice Education, College of Arts and Sciences, College of Business and Accountancy, and College of Hospitality and Tourism Management. Engr. Glenda Ramirez joined Engr. Villezar during the first day of the audit.
The audit findings during this visit highlighted significant positive impressions on the achievements and initiatives of the University through the various colleges, offices, and departments, including its students and graduates. It also provided constructive feedback to further improvement of some processes to help the University achieve optimum efficiency.
President Irineo G. Alvaro, Jr., in his message, conveyed the firm resolve of the University to create an environment of excellence, integrity, and accountability. He reminded everyone in attendance, the academic and administrative heads, of the University’s shared commitment to SING ONE TUNE toward excellence and continuous improvement. The President thanked the auditors, officials, faculty, staff, and students for their respective contributions to this achievement of the University and expressed special recognition to the efforts and the individuals who toiled to ensure the maintenance of the University’s ISO 9001:2015 Certification.
In March 2025, the University will undergo another surveillance visit for its recertification.
