Wesleyan University-Philippines (WUP) welcomed Bureau Veritas Singapore auditors for its one-and-a-half-day ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit, which commenced with an opening program on July 21, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the CHTM Function Hall.

The opening program was attended by university officials and auditors, Engr. Glenda Ramirez, Lead Auditor, and Engr. Elizabeth Villezar.

The University’s ISO 9001:2015 certification covered the provision of Basic Education, Tertiary, and Graduate School, including the Auxiliary Offices of the Cushman Campus, under the Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC) and the United Kingdom Accreditation System (UKAS).

Included in this surveillance audit were the Medical and Dental Clinic, John Wesley School of Law and Governance, College of Arts and Sciences, General Services, WESCOP, College of Education, Elementary Department, Alumni Affairs Office, Graduate School, College of Nursing, and Quality Assurance Office.

Before presenting the audit schedule, Engr. Ramirez said, “This is the first surveillance audit since the University received its recertification. We are happy to see familiar faces again and see how the University has improved.”

Findings would be presented after the completion of the surveillance audit on July 22.
